The elixir does not contain synthetic colourings, gluten or lactose and is also suitable for vegans.

The basic carriers are FOS - fructooligosaccharides: These not only serve as a sweetener but are above all an important prebiotic. That is, they serve as a source of energy for beneficial intestinal bacteria, support the absorption of nutrients into the body, improve the condition of intestinal tissue and its resistance to infection.

Yerba mate is a South American tree, its dried and crushed leaves are known as yerba maté and contain a large amount of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants with a beneficial effect on the body. Yerba mate drinks have become popular throughout South America for their strengthening and stimulating effects because they supply energy, improve memory and mood, reduce appetite and help burn fat.

The amino acid taurine is a powerful antioxidant, acts as a stimulator of brain activity and has a positive effect on overall performance. It can help increase concentration and postpone the feeling of fatigue not only during exercise.

Caffeine is an alkaloid that favourably stimulates the central nervous system and heart activity, suppresses fatigue and increases concentration and alertness. It enhances the effects of taurine.

Ingredients: Taurine, Yerba mate extract, caffeine, sweeteners: fructooligosaccharides, solvents: purified drinking water, glycerol, aroma: natural aroma of red orange, ginseng root extract, acidity regulators: citric acid, preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

Content of active ingredients in 20 ml / % DRI (reference intake):

• TaurinE: 0,5 mg / -
• Yerba mate leaves extract (Yerba maté, Ilex paraguariensis): 0,2 mg / -
• Caffeine: 0,1 mg / -

Recommended daily dosage:

• Days 1 - 7: 5 ml three times a day
• Days 8 - 14: 5 ml twice a day, 10 ml in the morning
• Days 15+: 5 ml in the morning, 15 ml in the evening
• Maximum daily dosage should not exceed 20 ml a day.
• It can be used either undiluted or in a dilution ratio 1:5.

Instructions for use: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is not intended for children under the age of 3, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
